Pro Sleep Add-On

Pro Sleep is a 2-piece system joined by matching straps and handles. This can be added to Zippered and Traditional Box Top constructions. Split Head Box Top covers can be made with this construction only! Pro Sleep consists of 2 TB603 bottom panels, 1 TB603 top panel, 4 TB603 handles & 4 TB603 matching straps with brass buttons. 2 additional zippers if applicable.

Pure Sleep Add-On

Pure sleep is a zippered removable panel system, whereas when the original panel is removed there remains a secondary quilted sleep surface so zipper panel can be refreshed. Pure Sleep can be added to any Box Top, Pillow Top & Standard constructions.

Comfort Adjust System Add-On

With Comfort Adjust System, you can unzip the box of the mattress and interchange your foams e.g. (Latex, Viscose, Firm or Soft) to create that perfect bed for your customer. If you offer a comfort guarantee, this saves you from having to bring the bed back to your factory.

Zipper Add-On for Non-Zippered Covers

Add the following prices to all regular Box Top, No Flip Pillow Top & No Flip Standard to convert to Zippered Covers.
